Eighteen

Last week was supposed to be a “step back” week with a long run of only 10 miles however following the mid-week run on Wednesday and Thursday, my right knee began to give me a bit of a problem.

By Friday, I was walking about like Chester from Gunsmoke (telling my age here) and so on the advice of my TNT coach I stepped off instead of back.

I did not run last Saturday nor the following Monday. On Tuesday I went to the gym to cross train and on Wednesday resumed my training.

Today’s long run felt great – no knee issues.

If only I didn’t have to go to work ….

Not Granpappy from the Real McCoys? Then you are good to go! Glad you got through the mileage and the "old-knee" syndrome! :-)
