Today is a very pretty fall day, sunny and clear but windy. Good day for a long run.I’m a pretty slow runner under the best of circumstances but today while running along the river, I felt like I was on a treadmill; going nowhere fast.
It was really windy down there and at that point, I was 5 or 6 miles into a 12 mile run.
